Shakespeare's Theatre Pictures
We drove through Ashalnd, Oregon while traveling home from conducting a unit study workshop in Medford, Oregon. We had just studied Shakespeare a few months prior to this trip and it was such a treat to be able to stop and see the theater in Ashland where the Shakespearean Festival is held annually. To our surprise it was open and they were giving tours - we were able to stay a few minutes and listen in a bit. These pictures we took were a great addition to our notebooks. You can always add "things" to your notebooks even after you've completed the study - this is a sign of a child who loves to learn because instead of saying "There, we're done with Shakespeare!" you can add this to your life and continue to enjoy the topic in the future.
